Feeding the Five Thousand

Sunday~ As usual, woke up early for church morning service. Today's sermon is interesting, which is about the story of Jesus feeding the five thousand people. Why do i say it's interesting? Well, all this while, my view about this story is just about one of the miracle that Jesus had done but it also shows some part of our life. The power of prayer. Jesus prayed for the very little food that they have on that time and surprisingly everyone are blessed with more than enough food. God answered Jesus prayer and He knew Jesus prayed confidently and faithfully that God will blessed all of them. Everyday we had our quite time and we prayed for the day. But are we confident enough that God will answered our prayer when we walked out of the door? Even if He didn't answered, will we still continue to pray confidently and faithfully? My mum prayed for my dad for about 17 years before my dad became a christian. For 17 years, every morning my mum prayed for my dad, humble, crying, confidently and faithfully believes that God will answered her prayer. and yes... God answered with a different way. It's a very beautiful and blessed memories for me.
